A missing room is not necessarily a forgotten story
You return to a character and cannot find the conversation. Before rewriting the biography or buying more credits, establish what disappeared: the room listing, access to a benefit or the history itself.
BabeChat’s FAQ documents two different causes. Disabling adult content hides eligible character rooms; turning it back on reveals them again. But if a creator deletes a character, or the service removes it for a policy violation, the FAQ says the previous chat history is deleted.
Those are different outcomes. A setting can restore visibility in the first case. The cited FAQ does not promise recovery in the second.
Follow the documented check in the right order

BabeChat says its adult setting is available only to users aged 18 or over based on the account date of birth. This guide does not advise changing age information inaccurately or bypassing eligibility controls.
SpicyCam’s Terms say Premium is a one-time fixed-period purchase: it ends unless you buy another period, with no automatic renewal. That can explain an access change. It does not establish that every missing room is caused by expiry or that the transcript was erased. Its public policy does not provide a matching room-history recovery procedure.
Give support a problem they can locate
For an unexplained missing BabeChat room, its FAQ requests the character name, when the room disappeared, and device/OS details. Keep that record rather than sending unrelated conversation history. First confirm you are using the intended account; a different login is not evidence of a retrieval failure.
For SpicyCam, use its published support contact with the room and access issue. Do not assume that an AI character in text chat is a human account-support agent: its Content Policy describes generated text and prepared visual clips.
Additional ProChat resources or room credits should address a known resource need. They are not a documented way to undo creator deletion, change an account’s visibility setting or restore an expired entitlement. Diagnose the layer before paying for a solution.
