Premium period
The Terms describe a fixed access period purchased once. It ends unless you choose to buy again. The current policy says there is no automatic renewal or subscription to cancel.
Rooms / prepared actions / purchase choices
Fictional characters. Live-feel rooms. Visuals prepared in advance. The interaction is easier to judge when you know what powers it.
The provider’s explicit content description
The Content Moderation Policy says the team creates and reviews all visuals before publication. Text messages receive AI text replies; predefined action buttons trigger existing clips. Neither input generates a new image or video.
That is different from a prompt-to-video tool or a real human performer responding on camera. The same policy says the characters are fictional AI content. Do not infer an unrestricted custom visual generator from a moving image and a text box.
A room and a private session are formats
The official home describes entering a room and participating through chat. Marketing viewer counts and reaction claims are not independent evidence of speed or attention.
The home describes predefined actions, gifts and progression. The visual policy explains what the buttons can trigger. No current per-action cost or level behavior is verified by this guide.
The product describes one-to-one access. That changes the session format; it does not establish zero data processing, a human participant or guaranteed response timing.
October 2026 purchase terms
The Terms describe a fixed access period purchased once. It ends unless you choose to buy again. The current policy says there is no automatic renewal or subscription to cancel.
A pack adds spendable credits, which the Terms say do not expire while the account remains active. That condition is not a promise of permanent account access. The unused-credit rules are separate from unused Premium time; neither purchase establishes unlimited actions or new custom visuals.
Single-pack arithmetic from the published policy
The Refund Policy describes the unused portion as amount paid × unused credits ÷ credits in the pack. This local worksheet illustrates that formula; it does not submit a refund or establish eligibility.
Multiple packs use the policy’s newest-pack-first remaining-credit allocation; this worksheet does not model that allocation. Used credits and Premium time have different rules. Provider review and the current policy still control the request.
The Privacy Policy says chat logs may be retained for quality and abuse prevention and describes account/usage information and analytics providers. Session audience and provider processing are separate questions.
The October 5, 2026 Refund Policy allows a full-refund request for dissatisfaction within 48 hours of the first Premium purchase. This exception does not make later unused Premium time refundable. Send the specific request from the account email to [email protected]; provider review and the policy’s conditions still apply.
The content policy explicitly says user input does not create new visuals. Evaluate the prepared interaction for what it is rather than assuming a general-purpose image or video model.
Five comparisons trace missing chats, match refunds to purchase types, allocate unused credits, distinguish a character file from a text box, and separate public puzzle clues from hidden rules.
Diagnose visibility, creator deletion and access-period expiry before buying more resources or assuming a memory failure.
Separate fixed-period access, subscriptions and credit packs before applying different time, usage and payment-method conditions.
Separate access duration, spendable credits and finite message/media allowances before comparing the commitment.
Distinguish text setup, curated avatars and visual uploads before choosing a service for an original character reference.
Keep a player-facing opening separate from hidden game instructions, and distinguish authored secrets from prepared room interaction.
